The ideal candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced, team environment, show a true sense of urgency, and be willing to cross-train.\r\nDry film photoresist is the key component used in the image transfer process. It is widely used in precision etching and electroplating products such as Printed Circuit Boards. The Imaging Technician will perform all aspects of this process.\r\nEssential Job Function:\r\nOperate all department equipment, quality checks, preventative maintenance and minor repairs\r\nEnter jobs into the manufacturing tracking system\r\nRead and interpret shop order to verify that all previous operations were completed, to verify count and to verify quality\r\nMaintain a safe, neat, and organized workplace\r\nWork Schedule:\r\nThis is a full-time position requiring availability to work during standard business hours and mandatory weekend overtime when needed to meet production goals. Shifts may include weekends when schedule details are provided in advance.\r\nWork schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm.\r\nRequirements:\r\nEssential Qualifications, Education and Experience:\r\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\r\n1 year of PCB manufacturing experience or similar manufacturing related industry\r\nPreferred Additional Skills:\r\nAbility to read, write and communicate in English.\r\nAbility to stand 8-12 hours throughout the shift.\r\nAbility to lift 30 pounds without straining.\r\nPhysical Requirements:\r\nProlonged periods sitting and performing visual and manual tasks.\r\nFine Motor Skills\r\nAbility to use microscopes for long periods of time performing job duties.\r\nCompensation/Benefits:\r\nCalifornia Pay Range: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour USD | DOE\r\nThe actual compensation offered is based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant business considerations.\r\nAdvanced PCB offers a variety of health and benefit programs.
