Knowledge and execution of Customer Service, Product Quality, Safety, and Sanitation and Maintenance policies and procedures are crucial.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nLeads team members in a fair and professional manner. Models expected team member behaviors and characteristics.\nCompletes operations checklists in an accurate and timely manner.\nFollows Marco’s procedures for preparing dough, sauce, and toppings, and correctly making all Marco’s products with a sense of urgency and accuracy in line with Marco’s product quality standards.\nMotivates and coaches team members and assists in the training of new team members.\nOperates all machinery in accordance with Marco’s safety requirements and all applicable state and federal laws (must be over the age of 18 to operate or clean certain machinery).\nExemplifies customer service and hospitality standards, ensuring all guests receive a 5-star experience.\nMaintains cleanliness of the store and delegates cleaning tasks as appropriate.\nFacilitates important quality stations within the kitchen operation, such as stretch table, oven loader, and cut table to enforce efficient kitchen pacing and uphold Marco’s product quality standards.\nDemonstrates awareness and critical thought for future orders and delivery orders. Loads oven in a timely manner to ensure exceptional product quality at time of guest receipt.\nAssists with food cost management strategies to reduce and log waste and ensure proper portioning.\nMotivates team to achieve key customer service metrics goals such as load time, out the door time, shelf time, and delivery time.\nCompletes other duties as assigned.\nOpening/Closing Shift Leaders (must be at least 18 years old)\nSupervises team members and delegates shift-related tasks in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager.\nPerforms basic daily inventory entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
