Therapist- IOPHorizon Health is seeking a therapist for our brand new IOP mental health clinic called Thousand Branches Wellness in Charlotte, NC to join our team! This clinical position is responsible for day-to-day clinical operations of the assigned location. Responsibilities include but are not limited to clinical assessment, group therapy, individual therapy, interdisciplinary treatment planning and other clinical interventions as deemed necessary. Clinical operations will be offered both in person and virtually.Responsibilities:Curriculum development and implementationReferral management, assessments and direct client contact (individual, group and family)Interdisciplinary treatment team planningMaintain confidentiality through good judgementImplement and manage systems to ensure effective communication with clients, families, referral sources and other relevant entitiesTreatment, discharge and safety planningMaintain active licensure and participate in payer credentialingActive participation in clinic consultation, supervision and collaborationThorough and timely clinical documentationActive engagement in performance improvementMaintain a safe, respectful and collaborative work environmentOrganize and prioritize workloads to meet deadlinesMonitor and manage client satisfaction through standardized measuresOther duties as assignedAbout Thousand Branches Wellness:Thousand Branches Wellness will provide outpatient mental health services including Intensive Outpatient (IOP), Medication Management, and Individual Therapy.
