Value for our customers.If you think you can see yourself delivering our mission and pursuing our goals with us, then check out the job description below!What you’ll do:Play a central role in bridging business stakeholders, product owners, technology teams, and third-party vendorsTranslate program requirements into clear, actionable documentation that enables efficient and accurate development and delivery.Capture business needs and facilitate working sessionsDevelop user stories and functional requirements and ensure that the delivery team has what it needs to execute with clarity and confidenceServe as a critical connective layer across business and technology, helping to ensure that loyalty program requirements are well-defined, prioritized, and delivery-readyPerform other duties, as neededWhat you’ll need to succeed:Public Trust required (Or higher level clearance)5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on technology or digital transformation programs, preferably within financial services, banking, or credit union environmentsStrong requirements gathering skills, including experience conducting stakeholder interviews, facilitation workshops, and process discovery sessionsDemonstrated ability to produce high-quality documentation, including user stories, functional requirements, acceptance criteria, process flows, and use casesExperience with Salesforce platformsComfort working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments; experience grooming backlogs, supporting sprint planning, and tracking delivery against requirementsAbility to synthesize complex, ambiguous information from multiple sources into clear, actionable, and delivery-ready documentationSALARY RANGE: $97,000 – $115,000The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience.
