Production Process Manager

Description: We are seeking an experienced Production Process Manager to lead, optimize, and continuously improve manufacturing processes within a high-volume automotive production environment. This role focuses on driving efficiency, quality, safety, and cost performance while supporting production teams and cross-functional partners. Key Responsibilities Oversee and improve daily production processes to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) Lead and support production supervisors and team leaders Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance teams Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company policies What We Offer Competitive salary, benefits, and 401 (k) 100% company paid Health, Dental, Vision Paid time off and holidays Career growth opportunities Requirements: Automotive industry experience (assembly, welding, metal fabrication) 5+ years of experience in automotive or high-volume manufacturing Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and process improvement Proven leadership and problem-solving skills Experience with production metrics and manufacturing systems Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (or equivalent experience) Knowledge of IATF 16949 or similar quality standards Lean or Six Sigma certification
