Join our growing company of talented individuals all striving to exceed customer expectations.\nResponsibilities\nConduct thorough reviews of project requirements during the quoting phase to guarantee alignment with MJS Designs capabilities.\nPrepare and lead Manufacturing Readiness meetings with customers and our internal team.\nReview projects in process and prior to delivery to ensure every detail adheres to the project requirements before delivery.\nCollaborate with our Director of Quality and Quality Manager to ensure Manufacturing is meeting goals by implementing process improvements on the manufacturing floor.\nParticipate in the creation of standard operating procedures and process workflows in tandem with the Quality Management team.\nCollaborate with the Manufacturing Documentation Specialist to develop work instructions per project. Review all work instructions prior to the start of the build for accuracy or areas of improvement.\nApply technical expertise to resolve problems encountered during the build lifecycle.\nUse 8D problem-solving methodology to assist in technical and analytical problem resolution with our Director of Quality and Quality Manager\nTake ownership of internal challenges, driving the resolution process to a positive outcome and ensuring long-term integration of solutions.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or a Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline plus 20 years experience in the printed circuit board assembly industry.\nAt least 5 years of engineering experience\nExperience with 5S and 8D\nExperienced leader who knows how to inspire and motivate others.\nStrong customer service skills\nAn articulate communicator, effective with interpersonal, verbal and written communications\nA goal-oriented mindset geared towards continual improvement and achieving manufacturing excellence.\nStrong analytical skills to solve complex issues using structured problem-solving methods such as 8D.\nExpertise in developing, reviewing, and implementing work instructions and standard operating procedures.\nRequirements\nRegular, consistent and punctual attendance is required.\nAbility to work with minimal supervision, must be a self-starter\nJoin MJS Designs and be part of a forward-thinking company that values innovation, quality, and the contributions of its team members.
