Onboarding and Discovery\n\n* Develop an understanding of the Client’s values, culture, program management methodologies, and planning tools.\n* Identify key stakeholders and define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.\n* Follow established project and program management practices.\n* Initiate new projects in accordance with the Client’s Project Management Office (PMO) processes and documentation requirements.\n\nB. Project Planning and Strategy\n\n* Develop comprehensive project plans, including:\n* Project charter\n* Stakeholder matrix\n* Project timeline and milestones\n* Risk management plan\n* Communication plan\n* Resource allocation plan\n* Budget and financial forecasts\n* Maintain accurate and current budget forecasts throughout the project lifecycle.\n* Ensure timecard submissions and approvals align with resource allocation plans and financial forecasts.\n\nC. Project Execution – Phase 1\n\n* Establish and facilitate recurring project status meetings.\n* Assign and track tasks for developers and other team members.\n* Monitor progress against established timelines, milestones, budgets, and deliverables.\n* Provide regular status updates to management and cross-functional teams.\n\nD. Project Execution – Phase 2\n\n* Maintain oversight of project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.\n* Manage the transition from the proof-of-concept (POC) phase into subsequent project phases.\n* Present project progress and functionality demonstrations to key stakeholders.\n* Provide updates during weekly core team meetings and monthly steering committee meetings.\n\nE. Project Execution – Phase 3\n\n* Coordinate the promotion of functionality to testing and staging environments.\n* Collaborate with the testing team to ensure test planning and preparation are underway.\n* Engage business users in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) preparation.\n* Continue monitoring project risks, issues, and dependencies.\n* Proactively communicate potential delays, impacts, and recommended corrective actions to stakeholders.\n\nF. System Integration Testing\n\n* Coordinate the deployment of complete functionality to the testing environment.\n* Collaborate with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to test frontend and backend functionality, APIs, integrations, and other applicable components.\n* Manage the bug-triage process, including prioritization, assignment, resolution tracking, and retesting.\n* Monitor testing progress and escalate critical issues that may affect the project timeline or production readiness.\n\nG. User Acceptance Testing\n\n* Partner with Product Management, business stakeholders, and end users to test functionality in the UAT environment.\n* Track and monitor bugs, defects, and other issues identified during UAT.\n* Ensure issues are promptly assigned, prioritized, resolved, and retested.\n* Coordinate stakeholder approval and confirm business readiness for production deployment.\n\nH. Production Deployment\n\n* Collaborate with Release Engineering, DevOps, QA, Product Management, and other relevant teams to prepare systems and functionality for production deployment.\n* Coordinate release planning, deployment readiness, and go-live activities.\n* Work with QA and UAT teams to conduct comprehensive regression testing.\n* Confirm that appropriate controls and contingency plans are in place to minimize disruption to the production environment.\n\nI.
