support evolving business and operational requirements.Enterprise IntegrationIntegrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems using REST APIs, web services, Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Dataverse.Design scalable integration solutions supporting enterprise CRM modernization.Technical LeadershipCollaborate with architects, business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Mentor junior developers and promote Microsoft development best practices.Participate in solution design, code reviews, and technical planning.Solution DeliverySupport unit testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production deployments, and release management.Troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term technical QualificationsEducationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).ExperienceMinimum five (5) years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service development experience.Seven (7)+ years of overall Information Technology experience.Extensive experience developing enterprise CRM customizations,
