This role combines technical project leadership with client service excellence,\nensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in compliance with all applicable\nstandards, particularly in regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals and medical\ndevices.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nServe as primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining strong, long-term\nrelationships.\n\nIdentify areas of service (sales) opportunity & develop proposal.\nSupervise, coach and lead the department team for overall projects and department\nobjectives.\n\nCoordinate with Project Lead Coordinators to manage timelines, deliverables, and\nresources.\n\nPartner with upper management to develop strategies for business development\ngrowth.\n\nIdentify areas of opportunity to expand services and support proposal development.\nAct as technical consultant for automation and CSV solutions, providing strategic\nrecommendations to clients.\n\nLead and supervise cross-functional project teams in planning and execution.\nPromote team engagement, accountability, and high performance throughout\nproject execution.\n\nConduct performance evaluations, one-on-one meetings, and approve PTO.\nEnsure that all projects meet compliance standards (e.g., FDA, GMP) and client\nexpectations.\n\nMaintain strong internal communication with operations and leadership teams.\n\nQualifications\n\nBachelor's Degree Engineering, science or related field.\nAbility to plan, manage and execute complex project activities to a successful\nconclusion with little or no oversight.\n\n5+ years of experience in engineering consulting, project management, and CSV execution roles.\nProven experience in account management, sales, or consultative sales within\ntechnical or regulated industries.\n\nExperience with network and system administration of Microsoft based systems,\nVisual Studio, ASP.Net and SQL is preferred.\n\nDemonstrated successful communication and negotiation skills in order to manage\nconflicting and/or multiple demands, including ability to present to various level\nwithin an organization.\n\nDemonstrated ability to apply analytical skills to identify problems; recognizes\nsymptoms, causes, and alternate solutions and makes timely sound decisions even\nunder risk and uncertainty.\n\nStrong understanding of automation systems, PLCs, CSV, and related validation\nframeworks.\n\nProven track record in business development within the pharmaceutical or\nregulated industries.\n\nSkilled in managing multiple projects, teams, and priorities in parallel.\nProficiency in project management and CRM software.\nBilingual (Spanish and English) preferred.\n\nPhysical/Manufacturing Requirements\n\nOffice and plant environment.\nAble to climb/ ladders/steps\nAble to lift ítems 25 lbs\nKeyboarding, lifting, standing, bending, walking.\n\nTravel or Environment Requirements\n\nAdhere to safe work practices\nSome travel (including international) required (Approx. 5% of time)\nOur client equal opportunity employer.
