In this role, you’ll play a critical part in supporting our IT and Client Services teams by delivering high-quality data exchange solutions and reporting services.\n\nThis is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex data challenges, collaborating across teams, and making a real impact in a fast-paced, evolving environment.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nServe as a key communicator between IT, management, end users, and customer support teams to ensure smooth data interface operations\nMaintain and enhance the performance, accuracy, and reliability of interface and reporting applications\nExecute scheduled file processing and proactively communicate status updates to internal and external stakeholders\nSupport reporting needs, including import/export requests, with a focus on timeliness and accuracy\n\nRequired Skills & Experience\n\nStrong experience with data interfaces and data exchange, along with exceptional attention to detail\nProficiency in Excel and at least one scripting language\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment\nExcellent communication and business writing skills\nA proactive mindset with strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities\n\nQualifications\n\nDegree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)\nMinimum of 3 years of relevant IT experience\nHands-on experience with data interface/exchange implementation\nExperience creating Crystal Reports using complex data structures\nExperience in a collections environment is a plus\nFamiliarity with ARTIVA is preferred but not required\n\nWhy Join Credit Control?\n\nWe take care of our team—professionally and personally.
