long and short term training curriculum goals.\nCommunicates with assigned training staff to meet or exceed all assigned deadlines on assigned projects.\nAttends TEAMs meetings as required with assigned training staff.\nComplete quality assurance work on current electronic training products.\nLearn and utilize the ACADIS/FTACS platform to create, submit, and monitor lesson plans, training events, and other instances of training.\nCompletes other duties as required.\nQualifications:\n\nBachelor's degree in corrections, criminal justice, or related field preferred, but not required.\nPrevious experience in law enforcement, corrections, or related field is highly preferred.\nPrevious experience in creating electronic training content is highly preferred.\nAbove average proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel is required.\nAbove average proficiency in programs such as, but not limited to Articulate Storyline, Blastersuite, Corel Photoshop Ultimate, Sony Movie Studio, Xara 3D Maker, Wondershare Filmora, Vegas Studio, and Adobe is required.\nIncumbents for this position should be fluent in programming languages such as, but not limited to HTML, CCSS, JavaScript, and visual basic.\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and outside professionals.\nAbility to consistently
