We've led security at some of the world's largest companies, driven U.S. cybersecurity policy, and published AI research at Stanford.\r\nAs Corridor grows, we're hiring a Security Engineer to strengthen both our customers' security posture and our own. This is a highly technical role focused on working directly with customers to implement secure coding practices, hardening Corridor's internal systems, and supporting our compliance efforts.\r\nThis role reports to our CPO/CSO.\r\nDrive Customer Security Success\r\nWork directly with customers to understand their codebases and help them implement secure coding guardrails.\r\nImprove Corridor's detection and remediation capabilities based on real-world customer environments.\r\nPartner with customers to demonstrate security value and outcomes.\r\nSecure Corridor's Systems\r\nHarden Corridor's software and infrastructure through threat modeling, code review, and red teaming.\r\nIdentify vulnerabilities and work with engineering to drive resolution.\r\nMonitor Corridor's production and IT systems, investigate anomalies, and respond to incidents.\r\nContribute to security documentation, policies, and incident response procedures.\r\nSupport Compliance\r\nPartner with the CISO on compliance requirements including SOC 2, ISO 27001, and customer security questionnaires.\r\nHelp maintain and improve Corridor's security posture as we scale.\r\nQualifications\r\nAt least 2 years of experience on a corporate application security or corporate security team.\r\nExperience with cloud security (AWS, GCP, or Azure).\r\nFamiliarity with security tools such as Burp Suite, Semgrep, OWASP ZAP, or similar security testing tools.\r\nAbility to clearly communicate technical concepts to both engineers and non-engineers.\r\nHigh ownership mindset and ability to operate autonomously.\r\nBS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.\r\nNice to Have\r\nExperience with Datadog or similar observability platforms.\r\nFamiliarity with compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, FedRAMP).\r\nContributions to open source security tools or research.","company":"Corridor Security","rawCompany":"corridor security","city":"Millbrae","state":"CA","isRemote":false,"isActive":false,"createdAt":"2026-04-09T08:32:21.202Z","occupations":[{"code":"15-1299.05","title":"Information Security Engineers","slug":"information-security-engineers"},{"code":"15-1212.00","title":"Information Security Analysts","slug":"information-security-analysts"},{"code":"15-1299.08","title":"Computer Systems Engineers/Architects","slug":"computer-systems-engineers-architects"}],"industries":[{"code":"541512","title":"Computer Systems Design Services","slug":"computer-systems-design-services"},{"code":"541511","title":"Custom Computer Programming Services","slug":"custom-computer-programming-services"},{"code":"513210","title":"Software Publishers","slug":"software-publishers"}],"jobPosting":{"@context":"https://schema.org","@type":"JobPosting","title":"Security Engineer","description":"Security EngineerAI has changed software development.
