The Fulfillment Associate is responsible for picking, scanning, and packing a portion of each customer’s order as it passes in front of them in a safe and efficient manner. This position is fast paced and requires the associate to remain in a refrigerated environment for the entirety of the shift.\r\nShift Details1st Shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm (must have weekend flexibility), starting pay of $16.50/hour\r\n3rd Shift: 11:00pm - 7:00am (may need weekend flexibility), starting pay of $18.00/hour\r\nLocation: 134 S Bailey Road, North Jackson, OH 44451\r\nOffer of employment is contingent upon successfully passing a pre-employment drug screen and background check, where permitted by law.\r\nPosition Responsibilities may include, but not limited to\r\nPick correct items for cooler boxes scan appropriately, and pack items to complete your portion of the customer’s order\r\nAdhere to strict safety, quality, and production standards\r\nPay close attention to detail while performing job duties including but not limited to reading labels, selection of product, etc\r\nMeet productivity and accuracy standards\r\nProduce a quality work output on a consistent basis\r\nMove product from one location to another, following food sanitation and safety guidelines\r\nAssist with general housekeeping\r\nWork is done inside a large warehouse area that is free from outside weather conditions but maintains a temperature between 34-40 degrees (Gloves will be provided)\r\nRequired Skills & ExperienceMust be at least 18 years old\r\nBe able to stand/walk for up to 8-10 hours\r\nAble to lift/move to 50 lbs occasionally\r\nShifts can include weekends and holidays and/or overtime\r\nHave a strong service orientation\r\nBe a team player, including the ability to communicate well with others\r\nAble to work independently with little supervision\r\nMust have basic reading skills\r\nPass a post offer drug screen and background check\r\nPreferred Skills & ExperienceHigh School Diploma or GED\r\nPrevious experience in warehouse distribution, or similar environment\r\nPhysical RequirementsRegularly required to use hands to handle, feel or operate objects, tools, or controls and reach with hands and arms\r\nFrequently is required to stand, talk, and listen\r\nOccasionally required to walk, stoop, kneel or crouch\r\nOccasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds\r\nVision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus\r\nAble to perform repetitive movements\r\nAble to work in variable temperatures (cold/hot)\r\nOur Team Members EnjoyFree Breakfast & Lunch\r\nWeekly Pay Structure\r\nNo uniforms\r\nEligible for Referral Bonuses starting Day 1\r\n3 Weeks PTO, 401k, & Full Benefits Package\r\nCompany Overview\r\nMom’s Meals is a home-delivered meal service providing fully prepared, refrigerated meal solutions direct to homes nationwide since 1999.
