This leadership role provides overall technical, operational, and contractual oversight for multidisciplinary construction activities on a long-term federal program. The Program Manager will ensure compliance, quality control, safety, cost management, scheduling performance, and effective coordination with Government personnel. This position requires strong leadership, extensive construction expertise, and authority to represent and sign on behalf of the company.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead overall program execution and provide strategic direction.\nOversee planning and management of multidisciplinary construction activities.\nDirect subcontractor performance and ensure contract compliance.\nManage scheduling, cost control, submittals, and material coordination.\nEnsure adherence to safety, quality control, and regulatory standards.\nSupport estimating, proposal development, and contract administration.\nMaintain effective communication with Government representatives.\nServe as authorized company representative for contractual matters.\nEnsure assigned personnel are qualified, competent, and properly trained.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or equivalent.\nMinimum 5 years of experience in government and or commercial construction and construction management.\nExperience managing multiple concurrent projects per fiscal year, including development, negotiations, Task Order award, construction management, and administration.\nExperience managing large programs with significant annual project volume and total contract value.\nExtensive multidisciplinary knowledge of architectural, HVAC, electrical, civil/structural, fire protection, mass notification, force protection, plumbing, and environmental systems.\nValid OSHA 30 certifications and required safety training (documentation required).\nMust be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder due to the nature of work on a U.S. Army installation.\nLicensed Professional Engineer(PE) are highly encouraged to apply.\nCandidates who may not meet every qualification are encouraged to apply.
