This role sits at the intersection of agentic AI and critical healthcare infrastructure, making it high-impact from day one.\n\nWhat You'll Do\n\nArchitect and deploy AI-native backend systems that process high-volume clinical data via API.\n\nBuild reliable, secure agentic infrastructure capable of handling clinical information at scale.\n\nIntegrate direct customer feedback to shape product iterations end-to-end.\n\nOwn critical backend infrastructure and drive its technical evolution.\n\nScale systems and architecture to support rapid customer onboarding and company growth.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n\nUp to 1 year of professional backend software development experience, with production-grade delivery.\n\nStrong proficiency in Python (required).\n\nProficiency in at least one systems programming language: C, C++, Rust, or Go.\n\nInfrastructure-as-code experience using Terraform or a comparable tool (required).\n\nExperience designing and implementing scalable backend systems or infrastructure.\n\nFamiliarity with distributed systems concepts such as consensus, replication, and fault tolerance.\n\nExperience with database systems or data storage technologies.\n\nUnderstanding of prompt engineering and working with LLMs in production contexts.\n\nActive, meaningful GitHub contribution history demonstrating real-world coding output.\n\nExperience with performance optimization and profiling.\n\nCurrently employed at an established company.\n\nPassion for building impactful products in healthcare.\n\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) or containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\n\nSalary range: $120,000 – $250,000 USD annually.
