The analyst will work closely with banks and internal staff to prepare the daily cash position, complete treasury requests, resolve issues, and maintain bank accounts as required. The analyst will manage routine treasury responsibilities and organize workload to ensure tasks are completed and resolved within established guidelines to ensure accuracy and efficiency.\n\nSalary Range\n\nAmerican Specialty Health complies with state and federal wage and hour laws and compensation depends upon candidate’s qualifications, education, skill set, years of experience, and internal equity. $56,700.00 to $70,000.00 Full-Time Annual Salary Range.\n\nRemote Worker Guidelines\n\nRemote Worker Guidelines: This position will be trained remotely and must be able to work from home (WFH) in a designated work area with company-provided technology equipment. This WFH position requires you have a stable connection to your Internet Service Provider with the ability to participate by video in online meetings over a reliable and consistent network. The internet connection must have a consistent 50 down/10 up Mbps minimum internet speed. 100 down/20 up is recommended to support higher quality video meetings.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nRoutine treasury and corporate finance support.\nSupports Director, Treasury, and Tax with all treasury and tax related activities.\nManage banking relationships.\nDetermine the daily cash position and manage account transfers, wire transfers, and ACH transactions.\nPrepare quarterly debt compliance package.\nPrepare short-term and long-term cash forecasts and analyses.\nSupport the issuance and renewal of standby letters of credit.\nAnalyze monthly bank fee detail and report on variances and recommend efficiencies.\nPrepare quarterly Board of Director reports.\nOversee and manage the monthly intercompany settlement process.\nMaintain current inventory of bank accounts and authorized signers.\nManage statutory deposits and investments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting for the investments.\nAssist in Treasury control procedures to promote a strong control environment.\nRecommend process improvement in daily tasks.\nMaintain and update treasury documentation and treasury policies and procedures as required.\nSupports annual independent audit and accounting related projects.\nSupport with income tax, sales and use tax, property tax and premium tax payments, and unclaimed property payments and filings.\nPrepares monthly CAPEX summary reports and reviews CAPEX related purchase orders.\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\nComplies with all policies and standards.\n\nQualifications\n\nBachelor’s Degree required.\nBachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Mathematics preferred.\n3 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, including treasury/cash management required.\nProficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint required.\nExperience with online banking systems and electronic payments required.\nExperience with Macros preferred.\nPublic accounting experience preferred.\nExcellent attention to detail is required.\nKnowledge of treasury function related policies and practices, and demonstrates application of knowledge.\nKnowledge of US GAPP and understanding of primary accounts within a general ledger, including drivers of activity within each account.\nAbility to create complex and accurate spreadsheets/workpapers supporting analysis that lend to ease of review, while having ability to prepare related summaries of these detailed analyses for executive review.\nStrong analytical, quantitative, problem solving, and technical skills.\n\nCore Competencies\n\nDemonstrated ability to interact in a positive, respectful manner and establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.\nAbility to display excellent customer service to meet the needs and expectations of both internal and external customers.\nExcellent listening and interpersonal communication skills to identify critical core competencies based on success factors and organizational environment.\nAbility to effectively organize, prioritize, multi-task and manage time.\nDemonstrated accuracy and productivity in a changing environment with constant interruptions.\nDemonstrated ability to analyze information, problems, issues, situations, and procedures to develop effective solutions.\nAbility to exercise strict confidentiality in all matters.\n\nMobility\n\nPrimarily sedentary, able to sit for long periods of time.\n\nPhysical Requirements\n\nAbility to see, speak, and hear other personnel and/or objects.
