Supporting the Operations support Supervisor to ensure inbound and outbound functions are consistently meeting daily, weekly, and monthly departmental goals.\nDESCRIPTION:\nFollow all Crown Packaging safety and health rules and regulations, and wear or use required protective equipment while working. Report hazardous conditions to the employer. Report any job-related injury or illness to the supervisor or manager and seek treatment promptly.\nMaintain clean and organized department.\nEnsure assigned personnel complete the equipment operator checklist daily.\nReceive components in required systems including WMS.\nAssign LPN, work order, or GR tag quantities to work orders in required system accurately.\nPrint labels as needed.\nForward all required paperwork to operations/ inventory/purchasing.\nEnsure assigned personnel replenish supplies and materials at workstations and in marked locations.\nEnsure personnel Perform Re-Stock process correctly.\nEnsure personnel Place skids in properly marked areas on a consistent basis.\nUnderstand freight bill requirements for outbound shipments per customer and Crown requirements.\nPrepare Bills of Lading properly when required.\nPerform re-deploy process relating to outbound shipments when required.\nFollow dunnage process (inbound and outbound).\nMaintain familiarity of warehouse layout (bin locations) including floor assignments for inbound freight and how to locate with scanner.\nPrepare non-conformances related to material issues found during shipping or receiving process.\nREQUIREMENTS:\nAble to sit, walk, and move around for long hours at a time.\nMust demonstrate effective leadership and communication skills.\nMust be able to stand 8-10 hours a day constantly.
