Engineering Manager

Job Details: Role: Engineering Manager: Location: Sterling, VA ( Onsite with Hybrid) Duration: Long Term Contract Visa: US Citizen Job Summary: We have a Chief Technology Officer/Chief Engineering Officer. At least having an experience of minimum 8 years in the relevant domain. The Engineering Manager is someone that can work in between the CTO and the Engineers to drive their performance, inspire them to develop creative solutions to hard problems, and deliver timely and acceptable results. Most of our engineering is mechanical, but material science is always a need (just hard to find), electrical engineering is starting to be a part of our work scope, and chemical engineers will have some merit/interest to us as well.
