Program Planning & Execution\nMaintain the program timeline for Flexdrive AV Operating Readiness, tracking deliverables and dependencies across workstreams: Strategic Planning, Infrastructure, Analytics, People, Fleet Operations, Treasury, Finance, and Legal.\nMaintain the program's RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), surfacing cross-functional blockers with clear context for escalation.\nSupport weekly leadership syncs and monthly deep-dive reviews, including preparation, presentation and follow-through.\nTranslate upstream decisions (partner agreements, market selections, ) into operational requirements, updating the readiness roadmap accordingly.\n2. Cross-Functional Coordination\nServe as a connection point between workstream leads, helping ensure infrastructure timelines align with hiring plans, capital deployment schedules match construction milestones, and fleet operations readiness tracks to vehicle delivery dates.\nAct as the central hub across cross-functional internal teams supporting the program; drive alignment on priorities and decisions, escalate issues with the right context, and be accountable for resolution\nCoordinate with People and Operations to help sequence hiring, training, and certification programs ahead of vehicle arrivals.\nWork with FP&A and Treasury to track investment spend against the capital deployment schedule and flag variance early.\n3. Stakeholder Communication & Reporting\nBuild and deliver clear status reporting to program leadership and workstream stakeholders.\nEnsure cross-functional stakeholders stay aligned on expectations, deliverables, and timelines throughout the program.\nMaintain market readiness scorecards that provide visibility into each market's progress against deployment milestones.\nCreate and maintain program documentation including decision logs, meeting notes, and workstream status trackers.\n4. Process Support & Operational Excellence\nHelp design and implement the program management operating model for AV readiness\nIdentify and build process improvements across workstreams, using data to help optimize timelines and resource allocation.\nBuild repeatable playbooks for market readiness that scale\nExperience:\n5 years of experience in program management, business operations, or a similar cross-functional role, ideally within high-growth tech, fleet management, logistics, or infrastructure-heavy environments\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate operational detail into clear updates for cross-functional stakeholders\nStrong organizational skills, with experience tracking timelines, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams, and adapting whatever program management tools or frameworks the situation calls for\nAbility to navigate ambiguity and operate effectively in a fast-moving environment where priorities and processes continue to evolve\nStrong relationship-building skills, with the ability to organize effective working groups and resolve conflicts around program processes and goals.\nStrong analytical mindset with ability to identify risks, quantify trade-offs, and recommend courses of action with imperfect information.\nPreferred\nExperience preparing materials for and presenting to senior leaders\nExperience with infrastructure buildout programs (depot construction, facility standup, real estate development).\nBackground in capital intensive projects, fleet management, automotive, mobility, or autonomous vehicle operations.\nExperience managing programs that span domestic and international markets.\nExperience in a subsidiary or business unit operating within a larger corporate parent.\nBenefits:\n\nGreat medical, dental, and vision insurance options with additional programs available when enrolled\nMental health benefits\nFamily building benefits\nChild care and pet benefits\n401(k) plan with company match to help save for your future\nIn addition to 12 observed holidays, salaried team members have discretionary paid time off, hourly team members have 15 days paid time off\n18 weeks of paid parental leave.
