Job Description CNC Machinists – Arlington, WAWhile professional experience and qualifications are key for this role, make sure to check you have the preferable soft skills before applying if required.Pay: $25–$45/hr.We are currently hiring CNC Machinists on all shifts to join our growing team in Arlington, WAWhat You’ll Do:As a CNC Machinist at Newell, you’ll be a key player in our precision manufacturing operations. Your day-to-day will include:Setting up and operating CNC mills and/or lathes for drilling, milling, grinding, and more.Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.Modifying G-code and M-code to optimize machine performance.Monitoring operations and making real-time adjustments for quality and efficiency.Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting.Inspecting parts using precision measuring tools.What You Bring:Proven experience operating CNC mills or CNC lathes or completion of a related technical training programKnowledge of G-code & M-code editing a plusAbility to read blueprints and apply GD&T principles for precise manufacturingMechanical aptitude with an understanding of manufacturing processesBasic math skills for calculating dimensions, feeds, speeds, and tolerances accuratelyStrong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot machine issues promptlyShift Schedules:1st Shift: 5:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., Monday–Thursday2nd Shift: 3:30 p.m. - 2:00 a.m., Monday-ThursdayWeekend Shift: 6:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m., Friday-SundayPay & Perks:Competitive Pay: $25–$45/hour (plus 10% shift differential for 2nd and Weekend shifts)Outstanding Benefits:Medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with up to 5% employer matchPaid holidays and PTOA collaborative, supportiveteam environment where your work truly matters.Why Newell?At Newell Corp, we invest in our people, promote from within, and are committed to your growth.
