In this role, you will support the development of novel sensing capabilities leveraging a wide range of technologies; RF, AI/ML, EO/IR, DSP, EW, etc. The successful candidate will report to and work closely with the Manager of the RF & Signal Processing team.\n\nDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:\nInitiate and develop highly innovative solutions to advanced technical problems\nPerform assessments of candidate state-of-the-art signal processing algorithms in radar, communications and electronic warfare\nDevelop sensing capabilities leveraging a wide range of technologies; RF, AI/ML, EO/IR, DSP, EW, etc.\nDevelop and assess novel communications solutions, including waveforms, networking, and electronics\nModeling link-budgets to help define system requirements and performance\nImplement Space-time adaptive processing (STAP) techniques\nPerform analysis of candidate designs to determine the impact to subsystem and system performance\nProvide expert guidance and consulting to other staff members\nAssist in the concept generation for, and authorship of, white papers and proposals\nSupport supplier and subcontractor evaluations\nProvide technical management of subcontracts when required\nRepresent the Company as a technical contact to customers and suppliers\nPerforms other duties as assigned or required\nWe recognize and appreciate the value and contributions of individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences and welcome all qualified individuals to apply.\n\nJob Qualifications\nTypically requires a bachelors degree, masters degree or PhD in engineering or a related technical discipline from an accredited institution and progressive engineering experience as follows; four or more years of experience with a bachelors degree or two or more years of experience with a masters degree.
