This position will allow you to apply your technical knowledge and expertise to solve our customer's problems - hands-on.\r\nService engineers will participate in a comprehensive 6-month training program based at our Corporate Headquarters in North Canton, Ohio. Our training program is one of the most respected in the industry and prepares you for future success. Through classroom and on-the-job training, you will become the expert in the technical skills required to solve customer problems.\r\nUpon completion of the training program, you will be placed into one of our regional offices or territories within the United States. You will work jointly with The Timken Company teams such as sales, quality, manufacturing, and engineering to recognize customer needs and solve challenges. You will be a trusted advisor for customers by identifying and understanding problems, providing solutions, promoting The Timken Company products, and conducting hands-on trainings as needed.\r\nEducational Requirements/Qualifications:\r\nCollege graduate (December 2025 May 2026).\r\nBachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or other related engineering degree.\r\nEngineering internships/co-op preferred.\r\nLeadership experience demonstrated in academic or extra-curricular activities.\r\nAbility to relocate.\r\nCumulative GPA of 2.8 or above.\r\nMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.\r\nAll qualified applicants shall be treated equally according to their individual qualifications, abilities, experiences and other employment standards.
