In this role you will plan, architect, install, configure, test, and validate Vocera communications solutions; this includes supporting business process workshops to collaborate on design of communications workflow, configuring the Vocera database, installing the system software, and performing end-to-end system testing\n\nWhat you will do:\n\nIntegrate the Vocera solution with external systems (such as phone systems, nurse call systems, physiological monitoring systems, EHR systems, and messaging middleware)\nTransfer knowledge to our customer’s technical staff to enable them to successfully maintain Vocera solutions - Train the customer system administrator and help desk staff\nCreate test plans, troubleshoot customer environments, and optimize the performance of the Vocera system\nCollaborate with clinical leads to assist in the collection of workflow requirements and architect a database to meet clinical and technical requirements\nCoordinate activities effectively with internal cross functional teams\nEffectively communicate project status to stakeholders in a timely, consistent, and clear manner\nObserve security measures to safeguard information against accidental or unauthorized damage, modification or disclosure.\nProtect the security of medical or sensitive records to preserve their confidentiality\n\nWhat you need:\n\nRequired\n\nBachelors in Computer Science or related technical field\nDemonstrated ability to troubleshoot networking issues\n\nPreferred:\n\nMinimum 2 years experience supporting infrastructures associated with creating and supporting modern virtualized data centers\nExperience with monitoring tools such as Nagios Zabbix, and Configuration management tools like Ansible or similar is a plus\nExperience with TCP/IP networking & security fundamentals as well as network load balancers (Citrix ADC / NetScaler or F5 Big IP)\nDemonstrated understanding of structured implementation methodologies, with an emphasis on end-to-end testing of complex systems\nPrior experience integrating nurse call and/or patient monitoring systems\nAbility to deploy technology in the healthcare market is highly desired\n\nPosted Date: 09/03/2026\nThis role will be posted for a minimum of 3 days.\n\nUnited States of America Pay Ranges:\n\nUSN: $69,500 - $110,900 USD Annual\nUS5: $73,000 - $116,400 USD Annual\nUS10: $76,500 - $122,000 USD Annual\nUS15: $79,900 - $127,500 USD Annual\nUS20: $83,400 - $133,100 USD Annual\nUS30: $90,400 - $144,200 USD Annual\nView the U.S. work location and transparency guide to find the pay range for your location.\n\nHealth benefits include: Medical and prescription drug insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, critical illness insurance, accident insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, personalized healthcare support, wellbeing program and tobacco cessation program.
