IRVING,TX !!\nPOSITION DESCRIPTION\nPosition Title: Inventory and Shipping Associate\nJob Summary: The Inventory and Shipping Associate is responsible for keeping track of min/max inventory levels of installation and project related materials. This position will also be responsible for tool tracking and shipping for projects in support of DataOne’s mission -- specifically, support better management of inventory levels, incoming materials from projects and supply level planning.\nFunctional Responsibilities:\nManages inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments and stock levels.\nEvaluates deliveries, shipments and product levels to improve inventory control procedures.\nAnalyzes daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages.\nCommunicates with employees to meet business goals and address personnel issues.\nMonitors demand and analyzes data to anticipate future supply and logistical needs.\nContributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed\nDaily Responsibilities:\nOperate mechanical lift, winch, or vehicles\nLoad and unload materials\nTake inventory of materials shipped or received\nStore, count, weigh, and open materials received\nLoad and unload trucks, railway cars, and other vehicles for transporting goods\nFill warehouse orders\nLabel boxes to identify materials\nDispose of leftover packing materials such as wooden crates, pallets, and cardboard\nExperience Required:\nAbility to use computer technology to make labels, track inventory, and keep a record of storage\nStrong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful\nMust be able to function independently in a responsive, timely and organized manner\nAttention to detail and organizational skills\nFork lift experience preferred\nDataOne IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER.
