With a capacity of 24 patient beds, the unit maintains a 6:1 patient-to-nurse ratio, ensuring quality care and manageable workloads. Each shift is staffed according to our matrix, with Patient Care Assistants (PCA) or Patient Care Technicians (PCT) present to assist nurses and support patient needs.How you'll contributeA Registered Nurse, RNwho excels in this role:Performs accurate and thorough patient assessments and identifies patient needsInitiates appropriate nursing interventions based on assessment findingsProvides age- and condition-appropriate nursing careCompletes timely and accurate documentation supporting medical necessity in the medical recordDevelops, implements, and revises interdisciplinary care plans for each patientWhat we're looking forApplicants should have a current state RN license and possess an associate's degree from an accredited nursing school.
