You must be comfortable using the shops computer software and have extensive knowledge of truck repairs. If you have a “never give up” attitude and are willing to problem-solve until you find the best solution for the customer, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Use your expertise and diagnostic tools to evaluate vehicle malfunction codesMust be able to answer calls and react in a swift manor Must be able to work on the side of the road or on customers lotsConduct in-depth truck inspections of all systemsEnsure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business Convey necessary trailer repair information to customers in a clear and xaygatp concise mannerQualificationsStrong customer service and communications skills are requiredRoad Side Experience RequiredWelding Experience Required15 plus years Truck Repair Experience RequiredMust have Clean Motor Vehicle RecordMust be able to be on call one week and one weekend a month
