Department’s supervisor to achieve the goals and objectives of the Florida PALM Integration Project.\nResponsible for oversight and management of the Florida PALM Integration Program consisting of multiple systems and state agencies\nDevelops the program strategy, supporting business case, and various enterprise wide high-level project plans\nEnsures integration of systems and projects and adjusts project scope, timing, and budgets as needed, based on the needs of the stakeholders\nCommunicate with IT leadership, business leadership, and vendors to communicate program strategy, direction, and changes\nResponsible for delivering all projects contained in the project portfolio on time, within budget, and meeting the strategic and business requirements\nResponsible for tracking key project milestones and recommending adjustments\nProject Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Controlling, & Closing\nScope definition, validation, and control\nSchedule planning, definition, sequencing, estimating, development, and controlling\nCost planning, estimating, budgeting, and controlling\nQuality planning, management, and controlling\nResource planning, estimating, acquisition, development, management, and controlling\nCommunications planning, management, and monitoring\nRisk planning, identification, qualitative and quantitative analysis, and response planning, implementation and monitoring\nStakeholder identification, planning, management, and engagement;\nIssue Management and tracking\nManage and mentor project leaders and project management staff, both intra- and inter-agency\nResponsible for the management of one or more medium to large-sized, moderately to highly complex projects\nEnsure effective communication among project stakeholders;\nMonitor contractor performance\nServe as a single point of contact for reporting project status\nProvide detailed and summary reporting of project status, including progress and outlook\nMake recommendations for executive action when required\nEnsure compliance with contractual agreements\nCoordinate activities with Department's Information Technology Services (ITS), Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS), BSP, IFS.\nProvide assistance to Department's staff in the preparation of documentation to support budget requests, and supporting documentation required by the Governor’s Office and Legislature\nPlan and facilitate meetings as required by Department's and the Palm Project team\nPrepare and present information related to data sharing as required\nDeliverables:\nProgram Management documentation including system inventories, strategic documentation, white papers, contracts, MOUs, and all other deliverables required to oversee and manage the Florida PALM Integration Program Project Management Plan, describing how the project will be planned, executed, monitored, controlled and closed\nProject Schedule, including activity definition, activity sequencing, activity duration estimating, milestones, and resource allocations updated biweekly\nRisk Management Plan including a risk register identifying all risks with a qualitative and quantitative risk analysis and risk response plans updated biweekly\nIssue Register updated biweekly\nDeployment and Implementation Plan\nTest Plans including Defect Management Plan\nCommunications and Communications Management Plan\nAction Items Register\nStatus reports based on reporting schedule\nMonthly Budget and Expenditures report as required\nResearch papers on existing systems and related technology\nInformation on data fields and data mapping activities\nSummarization and/or white papers of research activities\nPresentations as required\nJob Type: Contract\nPay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour\nSchedule:\n8 hour
