Are you a passionate, ambitious, dependable, business-minded leader? Do you enjoy taking responsibility for a project and seeing it through to success? This could be the role for you.\n*Please note that you must be over 18 to apply. This role is a full time position with a minimum of 40 hours per week. All successful applicants must be open to a background check*\nResponsibilities:\nOversee daily operations of center.\nCommute between both center locations and to associated event locations\nFollow up on leads, schedule tours and close deals.\nWork with parents to define children’s learning needs.\nProvide center tours while maintaining awareness of students currently in the center.\nEngage with children and families in the center.\nEnsure that parents understand how their child is learning and progressing.\nEngage and oversee coaches/tutors to ensure team needs are met.\nEnsure the center is a fun and safe learning environment for our students.\nUphold corporate standards with respect to center cleanliness & operational standards.\nAbility to think on the fly and be perceptive to center dynamics.\nReport weekly to executive team on progress.\nQualifications:\nProven work history with children ages 7 and up, and enthusiasm for working with kids.\nKnowledge of business operations, sales, and team leadership.\nFamiliarity with technology, Microsoft suite, social media, office equipment.\nFlexible schedule\nMust be fun to work with and enjoy working in a fast paced, dynamic environment.\nDeadline and detail oriented. We can't miss dates or overlook customers.\nStrong analytical and critical thinking skills.\nThere will be two rounds of interviews for the position. The first round will be with the current center director and the second round will include the owner of the centers.\nPlease submit your application through our online portal.
