Your expertise in carpentry, metal building erection, and concrete forming will be vital to delivering high-quality projects on time and within scope. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse residential and commercial projects, utilizing your hands-on skills and construction knowledge to create beautiful, functional decks that meet client specifications.\nWe also do alot more then just building decks. We install pools. Excavation and home remodeling. We will pay you what your worth\nDuties\nConstruct decks using a variety of materials including wood, metal studs, siding, and stucco, ensuring precise framing and alignment\nInstall metal building components, rebar for reinforced concrete elements, and perform concrete forming and finishing as needed\nOperate power tools, hand tools, heavy equipment, and machinery safely and efficiently throughout the construction process\nManage site safety protocols, coordinate with team members and subcontractors, and ensure adherence to project timelines\nPerform masonry work such as plastering or stucco application when required for aesthetic or structural purposes\nConduct roofing installation or repair on deck structures when applicable, ensuring weatherproofing and durability\nRequirements\nProven experience in construction site work with a focus on carpentry, framing, metal stud framing, or remodeling projects\nStrong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings\nSkilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and safety procedures on construction sites\nExperience with concrete forming, rebar installation, concrete finishing, masonry work including stucco or plastering\nAbility to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently while maintaining attention to detail\nFamiliarity with roofing techniques, siding installation, trim carpentry, restoration work, and woodworking skills\nKnowledge of construction management principles to coordinate tasks effectively across multiple phases of project completion\nJoin us if you're passionate about building exceptional outdoor spaces!
