The Program Systems Manager demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of administrative systems and technology, and an ability to self-organize and prioritize. They possess high-level communication and training skills and will play a pivotal role in development and execution of strategies that enhance productivity and quality, stabilizing the organization for future growth.\nThe ideal candidate is a tech-savvy problem solver with extensive experience in identifying and implementing system-based solutions. They will be responsible for both immediate fixes and long-term improvements, drawing on best practices from successful networks to innovate in a manual environment. This role involves building and optimizing systems and processes to ensure efficient reporting, operational workflows, and cross-functional collaboration.\nESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES\n\nSystems Management:\n\nServe as the systems expert and operator for CorePower’s Learning Management System (LMS), Absorb.\nProvide comprehensive system support for team leaders and learners, ensuring seamless program and training experiences.\nManage point-of-sale (POS), e-commerce, and scheduling systems to optimize programming operations.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, business partners, and external system vendors to enhance program operations.\nOperations & Programming:\n\nManage a small staff of primary contacts for field teams, providing support for administrative tasks, billing, and program-related inquiries.\nDevelop and author toolkits, guides, and training materials for program operations.\nCoordinate communication with program participants, scholarship applicants, and program leads to ensure clarity and consistency.\nEstablish and maintain processes for document collection and program materials management.\nOversee the management of the programming inbox and ensure timely responses.\nProcess requests for program certificates and training verifications, ensuring compliance with Yoga Alliance accreditation and state regulations.\nReporting & Analysis:\n\nGenerate reports and dashboards to track program opportunities, accounting, and enrollment trends.\nDevelop metrics reporting to identify areas for operational and program improvement, guiding business decisions.\nProduce detailed course reports on enrollments, usage, and completion rates to inform program enhancements.\nEDUCATION, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS\n\nBachelor’s degree preferred.\n4-7 years of experience in business or administrative management, with a focus on tech-based solutions.\nProven experience integrating systems for improved efficiency and streamlined processes.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with Smartsheet, Tableau, LMS, POS systems, rostering software, and CRMs is preferred\nExceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.\nAbility to build and maintain relationships with diverse teams across various levels of seniority.\nThrives in a fast-paced environment, adept at prioritizing and managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nSelf-starter with a solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.\nMust be able to remain stationary for 50% to 75% of the workday.\nBENEFITS AND PERKS\n\nCompany offered Medical, Dental Vision plans\nLife insurance\nDisability insurance\nEmployee assistance program\n401(k)\nGenerous paid time off policies\nComplimentary membership to CPY\n300 hour-teacher training*\nMust have completed 100 teaching hours to be eligible.\nCOMPENSATION\n\n$60,00-$70,000 annually based on experience\nBonus potential up to 15%\nWHO WE ARE\n\nCorePower Yoga is sharing the transformative power of yoga with every mind, everybody, everywhere.
