B2B Inside Sales Consultant (Wire and Cable Industry)
Job Summary:
The Sales Consultant will primarily work with customers to meet their needs, finalize sales, become a product expert, build business relationships with customers, and reach agreements to sell products for Metro Wire and Cable.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Conduct presentations to demonstrate to potential clients the benefits of our products.
· Establish and maintain healthy, long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
· Discover customers’ needs and offer solutions to them through the company’s services or products.
· Research sales statistics and establish sales potential with new businesses in our target area.
· Become an expert in our product offerings and serve as a go-to source for clients who want more information concerning our products.
· Determine new ways to make products appealing by observing the environment and current trends.
· Conducting a cost estimate to customers about each sales agreement.
Requirements:
· Previous sales experience
· Must be 18 years or older
· Must have a valid driver’s license
· Previous Phone and Email customer service experience
