We are seeking a skilled and compassionate NP/PA to join our team, focusing on the evaluation and management of adult patients with immediate and short-term medical needs.In this role, you will deliver prompt, patient-centered care for a wide range of acute conditions. In this role, you'll work in a practice that empowers physicians and advance practice clinicians with decision-making authority and places patient care at the center, emphasizing high-quality outcomes and holistic value-based care.*Responsibilities:*Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for a variety of urgent and acute medical conditions (e.g., respiratory infections, minor injuries, gastrointestinal issues, urinary tract infections, etc.)Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including labs and imagingPerform minor procedures such as suturing, splinting, and incision & drainagePrescribe appropriate medications and develop evidence-based treatment plansCollaborate with physicians, specialists, and other care team members as needed for higher-level care coordinationDocument clinical encounters accurately and timely within the electronic health recordEducate patients on their conditions, treatment options, and follow-up care*Minimum Availability Requirements*Commitment to a minimum of 3 shifts per quarter, with at least 1 shift on a weekend.Ability to rotate across *3 urgent care locations*, with site flexibility based on staffing needs*Preferred: *Flexibility to provide last-minute coverage when needed.*Qualifications and Experience*FNP/Family Nurse Practitioner, APRN, Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant/PA Current Advanced Practice licenseA minimum of 1 year of experience in Urgent Care PreferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsBLS RequiredPay: $50.00 - $70.00 per hourApplication Question(s):* How many hours or shifts are you looking to pick up per week?Work Location: On the roadby Jobble
