The ideal candidate will bring strong full-stack development experience, a commitment to software quality, and the ability to collaborate effectively within an Agile/Scrum environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise applications and services.\nDevelop secure, scalable, readable, and maintainable software.\nTroubleshoot application defects and production issues and provide ongoing support.\nParticipate in technical design decisions, code reviews, testing, and software releases.\nCollaborate with customers, product owners, Scrum Masters, QA engineers, and development teams to clarify requirements and deliver solutions.\nSupport and enhance existing applications, including legacy systems.\nMaintain accurate technical documentation.\nAgile/Scrum:\nParticipate actively in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.\nCollaborate with product owners and team members to define, estimate, and deliver user stories.\nContribute to continuous improvement and alignment with product goals.\nCode Quality & Operations:\nFollow established coding standards and software development best practices.\nDevelop unit and integration tests to ensure application reliability.\nAssist with cloud deployments, including AWS environments.\nMonitor application performance and provide production support.\nKey Qualifications:\nSenior-level (8+ years' experience) developing full-stack enterprise applications.\nStrong experience with Java, Spring Boot, and AngularJS.\nExperience with RESTful services, unit/integration testing, and enterprise application development.\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments.\nStrong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nAbility to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nRequired Education, Experience, & Skills\n\nBachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience in software development or technical roles.\nProficiency in Java and the Spring Boot framework.\nUnderstanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.\nExperience with version control systems (e.g., Git).\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\nExcellent communication and teamwork abilities.\n\nPreferred Education, Experience, & Skills\n\nMaster's Degree in related discipline.\n\nPay Information\nFull-Time Salary Range: $149603 - $254317\n\nPlease note: This range is based on our market pay structures.
