We are looking for someone with hands-on roofing experience who takes pride in their work, shows up consistently, and understands the importance of doing the job right the first time.This position is focused on residential and light commercial roof repairs, leak repairs, roofing details, and smaller roofing projects. We are looking for someone who can work safely, communicate well, and represent our company professionally while on job sites.This is steady work with a local professional company, not temporary storm work. If you are dependable, experienced, and want a long-term opportunity with a company that values quality, accountability, and teamwork, we want to talk to you.ResponsibilitiesPerform residential and light commercial roof repairs according to the project scopeLocate and repair roof leaksReplace damaged shingles, flashing, vents, pipe jacks, and other roofing componentsAssist with repairs on commercial roofing systems when neededInstall underlayment, flashing, ventilation, and decking as requiredComplete small roof repair projects safely and correctlyKeep job sites clean, safe, and organizedCommunicate clearly with project managers, office staff, and crew membersTake job site photos when required and document completed workFollow company standards, safety requirements, and building code expectationsQualificationsRoofing experience requiredKnowledge of residential shingle systems preferredComfortable working at heightsAbility to lift heavy materialsReliable transportation requiredStrong work ethic and reliabilityWe are looking for roofing professionals who take ownership of their work, communicate well, and care about doing the job right.Compensation $20 - $35 hourly About Bayfront Roofing and ConstructionBayfront Roofing & Construction is a family-run residential and commercial roofing and construction company serving the Coastal Bend.
