Serving as the primary interface between Hatalom Corporation and the Government, the Program Manager requires a strong understanding of Army medical training, Combat Medic training, MEDCOM/AMEDD, medical readiness, and/or Medical Simulation Training Center (MSTC) operations. The ideal candidate is a former Army senior NCO, Major, or Lieutenant Colonel who has directly led medical training operations, managed instructors, supervised training teams, or supported Army medical readiness programs. Contingent upon contract award.\n\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nProvide overall management and administration of the MIOSS contract to ensure successful contract execution.\nServe as the primary point of contact for the Government Contracting Officer, COR, and customer stakeholders.\nLead the Program Management Office (PMO) and oversee contract performance across all MSTC locations.\nManage staffing, subcontractors, budgets, schedules, and resources to meet contract requirements.\nMonitor program metrics and Technical Performance Measures (TPMs) to evaluate contract performance and identify opportunities for improvement.\nConduct program reviews, In Progress Reviews (IPRs), and Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings with Government stakeholders.\nDevelop and implement corrective action plans to address program risks and performance issues.\nOversee implementation of the Quality Control Plan (QCP) and ensure compliance with all contract requirements.\nEnsure timely submission of contract reports, deliverables, and other required documentation.\nFoster strong customer relationships while promoting continuous improvement and operational excellence.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or related field.\nArmy medical training experience, including background in Combat Medic training, AMEDD, MEDCOM, MSTC operations, or operational medicine.\nExperience managing geographically dispersed teams and multi-site operations.\nStrong knowledge of DoD management, budgeting, staffing, quality assurance, and performance metrics.\nExcellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nExperience supporting DoD or Army training programs preferred.\nExperience managing instructors, training schedules, training delivery, and training standards.\nStrong customer-facing skills with Army or Government stakeholders.\nAbility to manage staffing, performance, reporting, risk, and contract execution.\nPrior Program Manager, Deputy PM, Training Manager, Operations Manager, Site Manager, or Senior Instructor experience preferred.\n\nPreferred Background\n\nWe are especially interested in candidates with hands-on Army medical training leadership experience, such as:\nFormer 68W Combat Medic senior NCO\nFormer Combat Medic Instructor\nFormer AMEDD or MEDCOM training leader\nFormer Medical Simulation Training Center (MSTC) manager or leader\nFormer Army medical operations officer\nFormer battalion or brigade medical operations leader\nFormer Army medical readiness or medical training program leader\nFormer senior NCO, Major, or Lieutenant Colonel with Army medical training experience\n\nSTATUS OF POSITION: Contingent upon award\n\n* CANDIDATE MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN & ABLE TO PROVE U.S. CITIZENSHIP *\n\nThis document is not intended to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of all job-related activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee.
