Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Fort Lauderdale, FL for a Communication and Graphics Administrator. The selected individual will be responsible for crafting and distributing press releases, managing internal and external communications, and supporting strategic communication initiatives. The role also includes overseeing corporate branding materials, managing graphic design projects, and ensuring alignment with the organization's messaging and branding standards. Some website maintenance is required of the applicant so familiarity with Wordpress is a must. Additionally, this role will collaborate with various teams to create impactful communication assets and maintain the association's professional image.QualificationsProficiency in crafting engaging email campaigns and developing effective Corporate Communications strategiesStrong experience in Communication and Strategic Communications to support organizational objectivesExpertise in managing Internal and External Communications to foster clear messaging across stakeholdersExcellent graphic design skills and familiarity with design software is an advantageStrong project management and organizational skillsAbility to work on-site and collaborate with cross-functional teams effectivelyBachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Graphic Design, or a related fieldExperience in the maritime or yachting industry is a plus
