Join us as we build the future of responsible mineral sourcing and supply.\nRole Overview\nMariana Minerals is looking for a highly motivated Project Engineer to work on building the critical minerals supply chain to support the world’s energy transition.\nIn this role, you will help manage the flow of information across engineering, procurement, construction, and operations teams. You will develop and maintain project workflows, support document control processes, track engineering and vendor deliverables, coordinate cross-discipline reviews, manage RFIs, and build dashboards that provide real-time project visibility.\nWhat You’ll Do\nManage document and deliverable flows across internal engineering teams, external engineering partners, vendors, and construction stakeholders\nDevelop, maintain, and run review/approval workflows for engineering documents, vendor submittals, and project deliverables\nCoordinate cross-discipline engineering reviews, ensuring timely engagement from process, mechanical, structural, piping, electrical, instrumentation, and construction teams\nTrack engineering deliverables and action items, maintaining up-to-date logs, trackers, and registers to ensure alignment with the project schedule\nManage Requests for Information (RFIs), ensuring timely routing, follow-up, closure, and documentation\nSupport the preparation of project dashboards, KPIs, and progress reports for internal leadership and external partners\nAssist in developing and maintaining project documentation standards, naming conventions, and workflows to ensure consistency across the project\nSupport interface management, helping resolve gaps and issues between disciplines, vendors, and EPC partners\nParticipate in model reviews, design reviews, and coordination meetings, capturing action items and ensuring follow-through\nAssist in building and improving digital project-execution tools, contributing feedback to help automate workflows and enhance project visibility\nSupport procurement and construction teams, including tracking vendor data, coordinating submittal reviews, and managing deliverable exchanges\nWhat You’ll Bring\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Civil, Industrial, or related discipline)\n0–5 years of relevant experience in project engineering, project management, EPC/EPCM environments, or industrial project support roles\nFamiliarity with EPC project workflows, including document control, design reviews, RFI management, vendor coordination, and multidisciplinary engineering processes\nProficiency in project-engineering tools, such as document-management systems (Aconex, Procore, Asite, SharePoint, etc.), dashboards, spreadsheets, and workflow tools\nExperience building dashboards or trackers (Excel, Power BI, Smartsheet, Notion, or similar)\nStrong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to interface across disciplines and follow up effectively with teammates and external partners\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, first-principles-oriented environment, managing competing priorities under schedule pressure\n\nMariana is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
