Build, optimize, and troubleshoot ETL workflows, mappings, and Oracle SQL/PL/SQL processes to ensure high performance and scalability. Develop and support data warehouse structures, including fact and dimension models, CDC processes, and SCD implementations. Monitor production ETL environments, perform data validation and reconciliation, resolve issues, and ensure SLA compliance.Minimum QualificationsThe position requires:EducationBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Experience6–10+years of experience in ETL Developer with extensive experience in Informatica PowerCenter and Oracle.Technical SkillsExperience with Informatica PowerCenter, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, ETL Development, Data Warehousing, Data Modeling, CDC, SCD, ETL Performance Tuning, Unix/Linux Shell Scripting, Control-M, Autosys, Data Validation, Data Reconciliation, Data Migration, Production Support.Business / Domain SkillsExperience with Data Warehousing, Data Integration, Data Quality Management, Data Governance, Business Intelligence, Production Support, Incident Management, Requirements Analysis.CommunicationAbility to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.DocumentationAbility to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.Work AuthorizationMust be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.Preferred QualificationsExperience with data migration and legacy system integration projects.
