Our precision recruiting process aligns the right fit for the right people.\n\nOur client has a brand new opportunity for a qualified Mobile Deployment Support Agent to join their team onsite in Akron, OH. This role may require Sunday travel and weekly hotel accommodation depending on the training location each week relative to the employee's home. This role will have on-site work on Mondays to Wednesdays with flexibility for remote work on Thursdays and Fridays.\n\nThe ideal candidate for this role must be able to speak Spanish.\n\nThe Deployment Agent will be supporting the roll out of Ipad devices and trainings. When not actively deploying at a training, agent will be staging and kitting devices for future trainings or working with the existing Support Team on the Support Desk taking calls and processing email or Teams requests for assistance.\n\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nSafety and operational performance and training\nDeliver safety results through full employee commitment by observing company safety practices\nWear personal protective equipment\nComplete required annual training\nDeployment roll out\niPad deployment will occur at the training location on the day previous to VMS training\nDeployment agents may also support client virtual rollouts\nIssue iPads, provide basic IT / Apple support and basic iPad training (battery care, screen shots, Teams, Outlook, etc.)\nAssist with VPN / Multi-Factor Authentication registration, usage and troubleshooting for users\nSupport Desk and Call Center\nWork and train with Support Desk to support device users and department staff when not deploying devices\nProvide support, troubleshooting, basic process documentation, and ticket creation for a wide range of support categories\nInformation Technology (IT) support\nAssist in all aspects of technology usage including tracking, troubleshooting and support for all users with mobile hardware equipment, software and account configuration\nEnsure compliance of VM Hardware with corporate Computer Use Policies and Business Unit requirements\nAssist with New User On / Offboarding and computer hardware issuing, setup, and tracking\nAssist with addressing enhancements and / or defects with Software Vendor, Business Intelligence and support other new Software and Hardware for Business Unit and IT related communications\n\nFull COVID-19 vaccination may be required.\n\nWe offer a comprehensive benefit package that you can elect into including but not limited to: Health Insurance (Medical, Vision, Dental), 401k, Basic Life / AD&D, Supplemental Insurances Plans, Paid Time Off Plan, Paid Holiday, Paid Sick Leave plan, FSA / HSA Pre-Tax Benefits, Employee Discounts.\n\nW2 only, no Corp to Corp.
