The role involves using hand tools and fixtures to assemble equipment according to precise specifications.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nUse hand tools, torque wrenches, equipment, and fixtures to assemble WFE.\nRead and navigate work instructions and schematics.\nWork collaboratively in teams to maintain workflow and production schedules.\nProvide flexibility for changing priorities, including rework and pilot build projects.\nVerify correct parts delivery and perform visual inspection of components prior to installation.\nAssist with audits through visual inspection and checklist verification.\nComplete assigned tasks by verifying work, confirming system entries, and signing off on work performed.\nInstall parts and hardware correctly by following instructions and using designated tools.\n\nSafety Protocol\nComplete all required safety training and adhere to all personal and product safety guidelines.\nFollow safe work practices, including proper lifting techniques and use of ergonomic equipment.\nUtilize appropriate PPE and follow clean-room procedures.\nComply with Lockout Tagout (LOTO) policies.\nPerform risk management assessments to document, correct, and escalate safety hazards.\nSupport a safe work environment by responding to and escalating any unresolved safety issues.\n\nCommunication\nDemonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills in English.\nRespond promptly to supervisors and co-workers.\nActively participate in meetings and training sessions.\nIdentify and communicate production issues clearly and suggest continuous improvements.\nCommunicate system status during shift pass-down.\n\nPhysical Requirements\nWork 12+ hour shifts in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.\nLift and install parts up to 35 pounds manually.\nPerform tasks at a working height of 22 inches from the ground.\nFrequently kneel, crouch, and squat during assembly tasks.\nUse manual tools and reach into machines constantly.\n\nShift Information\n\nDay and night shift schedules are available. The first three weeks of training for all assemblers will be Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, before transitioning to the assigned shift in the fourth week.
