If you enjoy problem-solving, working cross-functionally, and making a tangible impact, this is your opportunity to shine!What You'll Do:Review final sales quotes, project cost estimates, customer purchase orders, and specifications to identify commercial and technical considerationsPartner with sales teams to resolve issues and support customer negotiationsSet up and manage sales orders and projects within SAPLead project kickoff meetings and communicate clear, organized meeting notesDrive project timelines using SAP and Microsoft Project to ensure on-time deliveryProcure specialized machinery and controls from external vendors, negotiating pricing, terms, and conditionsIssue purchase requisitions and ensure timely processing of purchase ordersTrack project progress through engineering, manufacturing, testing, and shipment stagesCollaborate with vendors and conduct site visits as needed to ensure quality and timelinesProvide regular project updates in meetings and maintain accurate reporting in SAPSupport field service teams during installation and startup phasesManage scope, specifications, and schedule changes after project handoff from salesMonitor project costs and analyze performance to drive continuous improvementLead project closeout reviews to evaluate results and identify opportunities for future successCoordinate with customers and field service teams to manage punch lists and warranty supportWhat You Bring:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial EngineeringMinimum of five (5) years of experience in the food industryStrong technical understanding of equipment assembly, system layouts, and electrical drawingsProficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Microsoft Project, SAP, CRM systems, and AutoCAD ViewerExcellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plusStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsWillingness to travel 10-20% as neededWhy You'll Love Working Here:The belief in this company is that great work deserves great rewards.
