This role supports mission-critical applications for government and commercial clients, leveraging Microsoft Power Platform tools including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse, with integration into SQL Server and other enterprise systems.\nThe ideal candidate will be a technical leader with a strong background in application development, data integration, and user experience design. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative solutions that streamline business processes and enhance data-driven decision-making.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and maintain custom applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven).\nBuild and optimize automated workflows using Power Automate.\nDevelop Power BI dashboards and paginated reports for analytics and reporting.\nIntegrate Power Platform solutions with SQL Server, Dataverse, SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics 365, and third-party APIs.\nEnsure compliance with GCC security and data governance standards.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.\nTroubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring high performance and reliability.\nProvide technical documentation, training, and support to end-users.\nStay current with Microsoft Power Platform updates and best practices.\nSupport innovation initiatives and contribute to internal R&D efforts.\n\nQualifications - External\nRequisition Qualifications:\nThis position has been posted at multiple levels.
