This is a full-time, onsite contract role (40 hrs/week) with an immediate start.What You'll Be DoingManage full-cycle onboarding and offboarding for temporary and hourly employeesProcess hiring paperwork, I-9 verification, and compliance documentationCoordinate background checks, drug screenings, and pre-employment requirementsSupport recruitment for 100+ seasonal workers across restaurant, hospitality, and operations roles — servers, bartenders, hosts, lifeguards, and moreMaintain accurate employee records and ensure HR compliancePartner with hiring managers to meet staffing needs and timelinesProvide onsite candidate and employee support throughout the hiring processWhat We're Looking ForExperience in HR, recruiting, or high-volume/seasonal hiringStrong organizational and communication skillsComfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentOnsite availability required — full-time, Monday through Friday
