Windchill PLM","description":"As part of a PLM transformation initiative, we are looking for a Senior Windchill PLM Consultant / Project Lead to support the implementation, data migration, and delivery of Windchill PLM solutions for a discrete manufacturing environment.MissionsLead the design, configuration, customization, and implementation of Windchill PLM.Manage Part & Document Management, Part-Document alignment, engineering design lifecycles, change management, and workflows.Translate business requirements into Windchill PLM solutions.Support Windchill modules including PartLink, MPMLink, and ProjectLink.Lead end-to-end engineering data migrations from legacy systems into Windchill PLM.Manage extraction, transformation, validation, and loading of Part, 3D model, 2D drawing, design variant, and historical data.Coordinate onsite and offshore project teams and delegate project activities.Track and report project progress, risks, issues, and status to the PMO organization.Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.Required Profile15+ years of experience with Windchill PLM implementations.Strong expertise in Windchill Part & Document Management, engineering lifecycles, change management, and workflows.Hands-on experience with PartLink, MPMLink, and ProjectLink.Strong experience with end-to-end engineering data migration into Windchill.Experience managing Part, 3D models, 2D drawings, and design variant data.Strong knowledge of engineering data within discrete manufacturing environments.Proven program/project management and team leadership skills.Ability to coordinate offshore resources and drive project activities independently.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and
