The role develops and executes automated testing strategies and integrates testing, security scanning, and quality controls throughout the DevSecOps and CI/CDlifecycle.\r\nKey Responsibilities :\r\nDesign, develop, execute, and maintaintest plans, test cases, scenarios, scripts, and automated test suitescovering functional, integration, regression, negative, usability, and end-to-end testing.\r\nDevelop automated unit, integration, and regression testing to support comprehensive coverage of critical business functionality.\r\nIntegrate automated testing intoJenkins/GitLab CI/CD pipelinesand support quality gates to prevent failed builds from progressing to production.\r\nMaintain test automation documentation and support continuous improvement of DevSecOps, CI/CD , testing, and release processes.\r\nIdentify, analyze, document, and track software defects through resolution usingDigital.ai or similar defect-tracking tools .\r\nCollaborate with developers, Product Owners, and stakeholders to clarify requirements, establish acceptance criteria, troubleshoot issues, and improve software quality.\r\nIncorporatesecurity scanning (SAST/DAST) and Section 508 accessibility testinginto automated testing processes.\r\nSupportperformance, load, and stress testingto validate system reliability and performance for expected user volumes.\r\nDevelop and maintain test documentation, automated testing procedures, pipeline test inventories, and deployment/testing plans.\r\nParticipate in product design reviews andAgile/Scrum ceremonies , including sprint planning, demonstrations, and retrospectives.\r\nMonitor testing and quality metrics, defect resolution, test coverage, and release readiness, and provide results through project and sprint reporting.\r\nEnsure testing procedures are repeatable, traceable, and compliant with applicable project and quality standards.\r\nRequired Qualifications :\r\nMinimum3 years of software testing/test engineering experience , including experience with test automation.\r\nExperience designing and executing comprehensive software test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures.\r\nProficiency with one or more test automation frameworks such asSelenium, Cypress, Playwright, NUnit, or xUnit .\r\nExperience integrating automated tests intoCI/CD pipelines , such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or equivalent.\r\nWorking knowledge of DevSecOps principles and secure software development practices .\r\nExperience with defect tracking, regression testing, automated testing, and software quality assurance practices.\r\nStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify edge cases and develop comprehensive test coverage.\r\nAbility to obtain and maintain aPublic Trust Background Investigation .\r\nPreferred Qualifications:\r\nBachelor’s degree inComputer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldfrom an accredited institution.\r\nExperience withAWSand cloud-based application testing.\r\nExperience testing applications inOpenShift, Kubernetes, or other containerized environments .\r\nExperience with security testing tools such asSonarQube, Veracode, or OWASP ZAP .\r\nExperience withSection 508 accessibility testingand compliance tools.\r\nFamiliarity withNIST SP 800-53, FedRAMP, and DevSecOpspractices.\r\nExperience with performance/load testing tools such asJMeter or Gatling .\r\nExperience testing complex web-based, case management, federal government, or law-enforcement systems.\r\nAWS Certified Machine Learning, ISTQB, or equivalent testing certificationpreferred.\r\nEqual Opportunity Employer: We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
