To accomplish these tasks, the candidate will have the ability to engage and influence the full range of DOW customers from operators to senior decision makers, understand customer "hot buttons", apply strategic filters to assess potential solutions and their business cases, and understand the competitive landscape. A large focus of this position will be developing and executing a robust customer engagement plan. Other responsibilities include leading in-depth reviews of competitors, developing Price to Wins and being the "voice of the customer" to the business capture and program teams.Required Education, Experience, & Skills:A Bachelor's Degree coupled with relevant Industry experience.3 - 5 years experience in a growth or capture roleGovernment acquisition experience (USAF)Operational time or the ability to translate operational expertise into requirementsEmployee Benefits: At BAE Systems, we support our employees in all aspects of their life, including their health and financial well-being.
