This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams, customers, and business stakeholders to drive program execution, manage risks, monitor performance, and help ensure successful delivery against customer commitments.\nThis is a fully onsite position located in Everett, Washington.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and support program execution across all phases of the product lifecycle, from development and testing through production and customer delivery.\nPartner with engineering, manufacturing, operations, supply chain, quality, and other functional teams to achieve program objectives.\nFacilitate Integrated Product Team (IPT) activities and maintain alignment across stakeholders.\nMonitor program schedules, performance metrics, and key deliverables to ensure commitments are met.\nSupport program reviews, customer meetings, decision reviews, and internal management reviews.\nPrepare, update, and maintain program documentation in accordance with contractual and business requirements.\nLead risk and opportunity management activities and provide guidance to program team members.\nAssist with financial reporting, forecasting, and program performance tracking.\nCoordinate with production and operations teams to manage priorities and support on-time deliveries.\nDevelop and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and issue resolution.\nRepresent customer requirements and expectations to internal stakeholders.\nCreate and deliver concise, professional presentations and status reports for leadership and customers.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.\n8+ years of Program Management, Project Management, Engineering, or related experience.\nExperience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and coordinating multiple stakeholders.\nExperience with risk management, opportunity management, and program performance monitoring.\nStrong understanding of financial reporting, forecasting, and program metrics.\nExperience supporting or leading development programs and transitioning products into production.\nStrong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Project.\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrevious people leadership or team management experience.\nExperience working within aerospace, aviation, manufacturing, defense, or other highly regulated industries.\nExperience managing OEM development or production programs.\nExperience with Earned Value Management (EVM).\nExperience supporting production, operations, and supply chain teams in a manufacturing environment.\nWork Authorization Requirement\nDue to the nature of this government-related program and applicable compliance requirements, candidates must be U.S. Citizens or lawful Permanent Residents (Green Card holders) authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.\n\nTechnology Doesn't Change the World, People Do. ®\n\nRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
