We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are interested in joining our company. Join our team as we grow and help children with autism-spectrum disorder. We are looking for a Clinical Supervisor for the San Fernando Valley and nearby areas. Responsibilities (include but not limited): Oversee Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment to children with autism in home and school setting Develop treatment programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Work with families and provide parent education Progress Report writing and case management Attend monthly clinic meetings Qualifications Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavioral Analysis, Child Development, Communication Disorders, Education or related field Minimum of 6 months experience working as a Clinical Supervisor Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation required Must pass TB test Must pass criminal background check Bilingual: English and Spanish Compensation and Benefits: Competitive hourly compensation Compensation for travel time and mileage Paid Sick Time Supervision offered for individuals pursuing BCBA or BCaBA certification Wonderful environment and great support Paid initial training Additional job benefits to be implemented soon Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week Benefits: Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Professional development assistance Referral program Retirement plan Vision insurance Application Question(s): Are you willing to undergo a background check, in accordance with local laws and regulations?
