Residential Maintenance Tech

Maintenance Worker 9/8/80 Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 7: 30am-5: 30pm, Friday, 7: 30am-4: 30pm, with every other Friday off. We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Worker to join our team. This role is responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance, repair, and facility upkeep tasks to ensure safe and well-maintained properties. Key Responsibilities:Complete general maintenance repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry)Perform unit inspections, turnovers, and ensure compliance standards are metTroubleshoot and repair doors, windows, locks, drywall, and fixturesMaintain grounds including landscaping, irrigation, and debris removalOperate hand and power tools safely and efficientlyTrack work orders, maintain logs, and assist with inventory and suppliesRespond to on-call maintenance needs and emergencies Qualifications:3+ years of general maintenance experienceStrong skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairsAbility to work independently and prioritize tasksBasic computer skills for work order trackingValid California Driver' s License and clean driving record required Physical Requirements:Ability to lift up to 50 lbsFrequent standing, walking, bending, and use of toolsComfortable working indoors and outdoors Additional Info:Must pass pre-employment screeningOn-call availability may be required
