The position also includes managing and developing a team of analysts while partnering across functions to deliver high-quality analytical solutions.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $170,000 – $190,000 annuallyResponsibilities Lead with storytelling to connect insights to client priorities. Shape client strategy by developing analytics approaches aligned with objectives. Drive measurement excellence through best-in-class methodologies. Scale best practices by translating insights into repeatable frameworks. Manage and develop a team of analysts through coaching and mentoring. Lead strategic initiatives as an analytics subject matter expert. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-quality analytics solutions.Qualifications 10+ years in analytics, marketing measurement, or data science-related fields. Proven ability to translate complex analytics into actionable insights. Strong client-facing experience with excellent communication skills. 3+ years in analytics leadership with team management experience. Demonstrated subject matter expertise in analytics or media domains. Familiarity with Python, SQL, Tableau, and predictive analytics tools.
